| @171 It was via a proxy. Although the Nintendo Switch does not |
| have a full web browser. it has a WebKit based applet which allows |
| the Switch to connect to services on the Internet such as eShop |
| and Facebook. |

| ^To use the applet and circumventing Nintendo's blacklisted domains, |
| you go to the Internet settings and select the router the Switch |
| is connected to and set DNS settings to manuala and type in the |
| address 45.55.142.122 and perform a connection test. |

| ^It will then say that authentication is required, which then |
| takes you to SwitchBru's home screen, and from there you can type |
| in any HTTP URL and search on Google. It also provides links to |
| other websites on their home page and you can browse the WWW. |

| The Switch's WebKit applet does not natively support the Gopher |
| protocol, so I accessed Gopherspace via the Floodgap Public Gopher |
| Proxy. |

| It's pointless on a Switch. Just use your phone or a tablet with |
| a proper client. I won't get into it, but Nintendo is terrible and |
| I hate them. |

| You know that if you use SeaMonkey, which is pretty much a modern |
| successor to Netscape navigator, you can install the OverbiteFF |
| extension and access Gopherspace directly. |
