| @153 Probably since Overbite is running inside a web browser which |
| does cache the "pages", so Back will not resend anything (Back + |
| Refresh would create the same "problem"). |

| in the "phtools" folder that you should put in your PATH, for making |
| dynamic gopher menus in a shell script |

| It does need better docs, but for now you can just run `make install` |
| in the phtools folder or copy them to somewhere like /usr/bin or |
| /usr/local/bin. They must be in the PATH for the user running the |
| gopher server (I think Bucktooth default is root) |
